Mystery Dogs live in the CBH backyard Sunday 22nd September

We are very pleased to welcome Mystery Dogs into the backyard of the Commercial Boutique Hotel for our first Gig in the Garden this Spring. Mark Cryle and Richard Evans are well known around the New England area. Together as The Mystery Dogs Mark and Richard play, sing and write with a rare musical empathy born of a long friendship and shared musical history. Between them they tap into a vast repertoire of songs, including some finely-crafted ones of their own. Mystery Dogs have a great selection of music, both original and classic rock covers from the 50s, 60’s 70’s and 80’s to keep you entertained all Sunday afternoon. There are no computer tricks here, just two first-class musicians with voices locked in harmony, guitars, mandolin and harmonica who play from the heart and whose experience and virtuosity means they have the versatility to respond to the demands of any audience or venue – to lay back or to up the tempo. There will be a special event menu available in the garden for our patrons, and the ever popular beer bucket specials will be available all afternoon long. Mystery Dogs gig starts at 1pm. Bring your own picnic blanket, or perch at one of the picnic tables under the trees. It’s the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon in Spring for the whole family! And of course our furry four legged friends are welcome on leads too!
